Argonaut is an octopus engineer with a portable nursery This octo mom makes a paper-thin eggcase, tucks her eggs inside, and even traps a tiny air bubble so she can float near the surface.

The Argonaut is called also “Paper Nautilus” but it isn’t a nautilus: it’s an octopus that makes a paper-thin eggcase. Nautilus Pompilius is a shelled nautiloid with many tentacles, so they’re distant cousins, not the same species!

An aquarium is a window to the sea! It lets us admire tiny, colourful fish up close, watching them nibble, hiding, and zooming, all safe and comfy behind the glass.
