The Wave Reports
🫶🏻SplashFest! Welcomes Pianeta Mare Magic!⛵
SplashFest! is bubbling with excitement as Pianeta Mare Film Lab shares fresh ocean films with our lineup. Just 5 weeks from the event, this happy partnership is just the start, with plenty more ideas bubbling up soon.
Pianeta Mare Films Dive In!
Pianeta Mare Film Festival was founded at the Anton Dohrn Zoological Station, also known as the Aquarium of Naples, in the lovely Villa Comunales, just by the sea! Italy's oldest aquarium - opened in 1874 by Anton Dohrn - pioneered marine biology by studying Gulf of Naples biodiversity, advancing global sea science.
Jolly Waves of Fun
Celebrating those marine roots, Pianeta Mare's kid-friendly shorts on marine life and global ecological issues blend perfectly with our art, music, science workshops, and Ocean Guardian stamps for ages 3-10 across Italy, Greece, Germany, and beyond.
The Bay's fizzing happily. More splashy updates soon—stay tuned, wave riders!
