"Ouch, my pinchers!" grumbled Carci the crab. "Theo, your spikes are in the way!" I was trying to build the most perfect, majestic sandcastle, but a certain spiky someone was making it impossible.

"You clumsy crab!" squeaked Theo the urchin. He was getting all huffy because I accidentally knocked over his pile of pebbles. It wasn't my fault! My legs were too big for all his tiny towers. We were busy arguing that we didn't even notice Teresa the Turtle gliding over.

"What's going on here?" she asked, her voice as calm as the ocean at sunrise.

"We're building a sandcastle," I huffed, "but it keeps falling apart!"

"That's because someone keeps stomping it down!" Theo snapped back, wiggling his spines at me.

Then our octopus friend, Dimitra, zipped over, still trying to blow bubble triangles, arms full of ideas. "Enough fuss!" she said with a laugh. "This castle needs a plan! Carci, you dig the moat. Theo, you balance the towers."

And guess what? With Dimitra's clever brainpower and Teresa's calm help, we built the wobbliest, most wonderful castle in the whole bay! We cheered and clacked our claws and spines. It goes to show that teamwork makes the splash work!

What you need:
Just your friends, a safe open space, and your loudest giggles.

How to play:
- Pick one player to be the Shark. The Shark closes their eyes (or wears a blindfold) and can’t peek!
- The other players are the Sardines. They spread out quietly, trying not to give away where they are.
- The Shark calls out a sea word, like "Tuna?"
- All the Sardines must answer with the matching silly word, like "Mackerel!"
- Using only the sound of their voices, the Shark tries to tag one Sardine.
- Whoever gets tagged becomes the new Shark, and the giggles start all over again!

Make it extra silly!
You don’t have to stick to Tuna/Mackerel. Try funny word pairs like:
(Whale? Bubbles!) (Octopus? Wiggles!) (Clam? Splash!) (Starfish?" Twinkle!)
The weirder the words, the funnier the game. Just don’t laugh so hard you forget to run!
